Apropos for 2020, this year’s Holiday Plaza Lighting will be virtual. Starting at 5:15 pm tonight, November 27th, the event will take place LIVE on the City’s YouTube Page.
Live streaming will continue on the YouTube channel until 7:30 pm. Immediately following the lighting, the City will host a “Cruise By” option for anyone who’d like to see the lights in person. The cruise event will run from 5:30 – 8:45 p.m. and will allow vehicles to drive by three sides of the plaza. Vehicles will enter on W. San Francisco, turn left on Old Santa Fe Trail, and then wave to Mr. and Mrs. Claus as they exit Palace Ave.
The Plaza will be closed to all pedestrian traffic during the event.
