RECIPE: Iron-skillet Green Chile Cornbread

I’m a big fan of Los Poblanos, the Inn and Farm in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. I’m excited to try this recipe from them using a cast iron skillet, White Sonora Wheat Flour (part of their heritage grain collection), creamed corn, Hatch green chile, and cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Yum!!!
