Okay, pizza lovers. If you haven’t tried Door 38 Pizza, the new Detroit-style pizza place on Burro Alley just off the Plaza…you MUST plan a visit.
Using Wisconsin brick cheese, the pizza offerings include pepperoni, mushroom with arugula, a veggie option with kale, spinach, mushrooms and a sunny-side egg, and a couple of others. The one I tried (also shown in the photo) is the 38 Special – red sauce, brick cheese, mozzarella and ricotta. Honestly, this pizza has popped to mind several times…I need to get back there soon!
