One of our favorite places to visit is the incredibly beautiful sculpture garden at Nedra Matteucci Galleries. In our high desert environment, it’s unusual to encounter a spot that feels so lush and rich. There is even a tranquil pond where ducks coast across the still waters. You could walk right past this walled garden for years, without ever guessing it was here. And that secrecy is part of the charm of this magical place. You have to see it to believe it. Since it’s part of a gallery, there’s no fee to enter the sculpture garden, which is open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. every day except Sunday.
