The third quarter of 2018 continues the dynamic pace set this year in the Santa Fe real estate market. According to the Santa Fe MLS, in the third quarter of 2018:
- Sales of residential properties rose by 9% for the same period from one year ago.
- Days on market decreased a notable 34% average when compared to one year ago.
- Median prices of residential sales rose by 6% to $340,000.
- Average selling price of residential properties rose by 4% to $438,000.
