New Mexico Wildlife Center

If you’ve never been to the New Mexico Wildlife Center, now is a great time to visit! It recently reopened to the public after the pandemic had forced it to close. New Mexico Wildlife Center has a total of 39 “animal ambassadors,” including bobcats, a coyote, bald eagles and a variety of snakes, that you can interact with. Animal ambassadors are animals that are often unable to be released into the wild because of permanent injuries or adaptation to people. The center also functions as an animal hospital and rehabilitation area for injured wildlife.
