Fermented foods are all the craze in the health world these days – how about learning to make your own?
Zia Elemental School of Permaculture and Herbalism is offering a Wild Fermentation class this Saturday, March 24th from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Zia Permaculture Homestead in Chimayo.
The class will introduce participants to lacto-fermentation of vegetables, kefir, kombucha, and mead making. Learn how to incorporate medicinal herbs and wild foods into ferments to create wild, probiotic, and medicinal superfoods.
Gluten Free and vegetarian/vegan lunch will be served.
