I recently made it to The Black Bird Saloon in Cerrillos for dinner with a friend and it was a lovely experience!
While there are some vegetarian items available, this eatery is a carnivore’s dream with Angus beef, venison, elk, lamb, liverwurst, bresaola (yep, I had to look that up as well!), pork loin, trout and sausage all on the menu.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursdays – Sundays.
