Cross Country Skiing enthusiasts – do you know about the Southwest Nordic Ski Club? A community 501c3 volunteer organization based in Los Alamos, the Club partners with the National Forest Service to maintain 12-18 kilometers of ski trails in the Los Alamos area. Groomed by volunteers, the trail loop offers views of the Valles Caldera National Monument and the Sangre De Cristo mountains at its summit.
