The pandemic forced all of our beloved summer events in Santa Fe to close for 2020, but there is good news! The Santa Fe Opera has rolled out a new digital performance series celebrating the opening nights of the five originally-scheduled operas that were to comprise the Opera’s 2020 Summer Festival Season.
Viewers can tune in online to enjoy well-known arias by the artists along with insights from conductors, directors and more on Saturdays at 7:00 pm Mountain Time from July 11th through August 1st.
In accordance with current safety guidelines, Songs from the Santa Fe Opera performances are pre-recorded from the Santa Fe Opera stage and in artist’s homes around the world and present fresh content and never-before-seen archival footage. All performances are free to watch.
