The Santa Fe Wine & Chili Fiesta is here! This 5-day event, which starts today, celebrates the flavors of the region combined with some of the world’s best wines. You can participate in seminars, cooking demonstrations, winery luncheons and dinners featuring the partnering of 100 national wineries with 75 of Santa Fe’s best restaurants. The fiesta week culminates in the Grand Food & Wine Tasting held at the Santa Fe Opera.
