Mmmmm, I absolutely love mole sauce but I’ve heard that making it is a very involved process, which has kept me from trying my hand at it. Problem solved! The Santa Fe School of Cooking is offering a hands-on class in making this delicious chocolate-infused sauce from Mexico.
The 3 hour class on Saturday, July 2nd will teach you how to make Smoked Chicken with Mole, Perfect Protein Salad, Arroz Verde, Chile Glazed Carrots and Onions and Mexican Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Glaze.
