Would you like some instruction in how to cook with chile at home! The Santa Fe School of Cooking is offering a Red Chile Workshop tomorrow, Saturday 17th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Learn how to safely handle chile, delve into its unique culinary history, and explore various dried red chiles as you prepare several different red chile sauces and corn tortillas.
