Did you know that New Mexico is home to 19 Indian pueblos? It is believed that the the Pueblo Revolt of 1680 was paramount in the survival of these pueblos and their people.
To pay tribute to the leader of the Revolt, Po’Pay, Chef Ray Naranjo of the Santa Clara and Odawa Pueblos created this squash bisque recipe, shared by The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.
