RECIPE: Jalapeno Cornbread with Sorghum Butter

Mmm…we love cornbread! How about adding some jalapeno kick, and even better – use the slow cooker so you don’t heat up your kitchen with the oven!

This New Mexico Magazine recipe calls for fresh (or frozen) corn, cheddar cheese, and butter made with sorghum or molasses.  We are making our shopping list for ingredients right now!
