Recipe: Green Chile Stew

When the weather gets nippy, we start feeling a powerful urge to eat some green chile stew!  It’s the perfect accompaniment to these chilly fall days and a great way to utilize some of that freshly roasted green chile that is ubiquitous at this time of year.  Here is our go-to recipe from the Santa Fe School of Cooking.  It’s simple to make and sooooo spicy and delicious!
