Recipe: Ancho Chocolate Pudding

Our favorite local chef, Johnny Vee, shares his luscious recipe for Ancho Chocolate Pudding! Ancho chiles are the ripened and dried version of poblanos. It is more sweet than spicy and Chef Vee says it enhances the depth of the chocolate flavor. Add a splash of piñon rum in the whipped cream and you have yourself a creation worthy of New Mexico.
