PHOTO: Super Worm Moon

Wow! Did you all see the full moon on Wednesday? If not, then here is an amazing image of the “Super Worm Moon” rising over the Brazos Cliffs in New Mexico on the Equinox. This particular super-moon welcomed the start of spring and the “Worm Moon” designation comes from the Native American practice of naming of each moon. In this case the name refers to when the ground starts to soften allowing earthworms to penetrate the warming soil.
