Look at this gorgeous photo taken at Bosque del Apache. Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1939 to provide a critical stopover for migrating waterfowl. Early November to late January is a great time to visit as this is the time of year you will find the greatest numbers of birds at the refuge!
