The Santa Fe Botanical Garden is offering an online class via Zoom entitled Herbal Vinegars: Creative Dressings to Potent Medicine.
The class will teach you how to make your own herbal vinegars and the benefits of using vinegar to extract the medicinal qualities of common garden herbs as well as locally growing wild herbs.
