Green chili roasting season has begun! The early harvest has come in and at least some chile roasters in Santa Fe are gearing up with full propane tanks (we just bought a bag in front of the Albertsons on Zia Rd) to roast green chile and permeate the air with that awesome smell we all love! Go get yourself some!
