This Saturday, May 5th is the Master Gardener Garden Fair at the Santa Fe County Fairgrounds. Open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, this is your chance to immerse yourself in all aspects of the gardening world.
From perusing plants for sale, to watching demos, viewing exhibits, sampling food vendors, and purchasing used tools, the options are plentiful. Set the kids up at the Jr. Gardener Corner while you learn from one of the event’s speakers – included is the acclaimed cookbook author Deborah Madison. She’s leading a talk on “Cooking from the garden in home & restaurant” at 1:00 pm.
Bring your knives – you can even have your knives sharpened!
