Santa Fe School of Cooking has so many amazing classes that look so yummy and fun! This one especially caught my eye since O’Keeffe is a favorite artist of mine and where else but Santa Fe could you learn to cook recipes inspired by her?
The dishes to be prepared include Arugula Salad, Corn Soup, Lemon Chicken, Fried Potatoes and Norwegian Apple Cake.
