Perhaps the most iconic and beloved winter holiday activity in Santa Fe is the Christmas Eve Farolito Walk on Canyon Road. Thousands flock to the Eastside for this cherished holiday event, where folks gather around bonfires to sing carols and stroll the famed road of art galleries. It’s a wonderful way to share the festive spirit with the Santa Fe community.
And if you’re worried about parking, on Christmas Eve, Santa Fe Trails will be running on a Saturday Schedule from 8am to 8pm, as well as providing free bus service from Santa Fe Place Mall and the South Capitol Rail Runner Station to Canyon Road at Paseo de Peralta. Hours of FREE Service are from 5pm through 9:45 pm. (Buses marked “Special” will provide the pick up and drop off service continuously)
