The Santa Fe Concert Association was established in 1937 as a participant in Columbia Artists Management's famed Community Concerts program, which toured international artists all over the country through a network of local presenters.

The Community Concert program proved to be a springboard for an enduring and long-standing organization. From then until now, for three-quarters of a century, the SFCA has continued to present many of the world's outstanding performing artists to the residents, visitors and students of Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico.
