Autumn in Northern New Mexico is arguably our best season for weather, temperatures, and of course, the fall colors of the trees. It’s also a time of many art festivals and art studio tours.
Coming up the weekend of October 7th is the Abiquiú Studio Tour. From 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on October 7th, 8th and 9th, take a self-guided driving tour of more than 80 artists’ studios in the village of Abiquiú and the surrounding Chama River Valley.
Works on the tour include pottery, paintings in all mediums, wood and stone sculpture, jewelry, traditional retablas, handcrafted soap, and more.
