Oh my! We are dying to try this new Asian noodle restaurant that just opened in the Plaza Galeria mall off the Santa Fe Plaza! Ji Wang Noodle Shop is Santa Fe’s newest hidden gem, and offers authentic and simple dishes such as noodles, noodle soups, fried-rice dishes, dim sum-style appetizers, and both vegetarian and pork pot stickers to name just a few. They even use organic natural ingredients, including bones from local farmers markets for the broth, and organic chicken in the soups. Yum! We know where we are having our next lunch!
