Santa Fe’s elevation rests at 7,198 feet. That’s almost 2,000 feet higher than Denver “the mile high city”. Our high elevation accounts for the our lovely mild weather, but it can also result in altitude sickness, especially for our newest arrivals who haven’t yet acclimated to living this far above sea level.
