If you’re looking for a sweet and yummy spot on a gorgeous mountain drive, then look no further than Sugar Nymphs Bistro in Penasco!
This lovely bistro is worth the drive, although the scenery along the way to Penasco is of merit on its own, to be sure. On a perfect, late Spring day I enjoyed a near-perfect grilled cheese sandwich, tomato bisque, and carrot cake. I can’t wait to make my way back there for another visit soon.
