Living walls (also called green walls, plant walls and garden walls) are vertical gardens that can be installed to any wall – whether it be an interior wall, exterior wall, or freestanding wall.
To create a living wall that will thrive, you’ll need to think about placement so the plants receive enough light (and be sure to use plants that share the same light requirements), and for exterior walls, you’ll also need to think about the climate in your area and its compatibility with the plants you want to display.
