Starting today and running through October 1st is the 27th Annual Wine and Chile Fiesta. With events held around town during the 5 day fiesta and culminating with the Grand Tasting at the Santa Fe Opera, the schedule includes cooking demos, wine seminars, and winery luncheons and dinners featuring the partnering of 90 national wineries with 75 of Santa Fe’s best restaurants.
The Grand Tasting on September 30th includes food and wine samples from all 75 participating Santa Fe restaurants and all 90 wineries.
