This upcoming weekend you can check out the 10th Annual Crawdaddy Blues Fest in Madrid. With three stages of music over Saturday and Sunday, the festival offers cuisine including crawfish, green chile blue crab cakes, crawfish etoufee, gumbo, and Texas BBQ Ribs, brisket and smoked pork.
